2.1 Registration and security

To access certain features (e.g. user portal, academy, partner programme) registration is required. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and access to your account. We recommend using strong passwords and two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

2.2 Age restrictions

Services are intended exclusively for adults (18 years and over). By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing financial and investment services.

2.3 KYC (Know Your Customer)

Due to the nature of certain services (investments, property, affiliate payments) and compliance with anti-money laundering legislation (AML), Findes Group reserves the right to require KYC procedures (identity verification with personal documents) before certain transactions or payments.

All content, software, algorithms, databases, trademarks (including Findes, Investra, Unifyr logos), text, graphics, video materials and user interfaces on our platforms are exclusive intellectual property of Findes Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3.1 Limited licence

Findes Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and personally, non-commercially use the platforms (unless you have a B2B agreement that permits commercial use). This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute or publicly display content without written permission.
• Use data mining (data mining), bots or similar methods to collect data.
• Reverse engineer (reverse engineering) any part of the platform.

You may use Findes Group platforms only for lawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use services in a manner that violates local, national or international law.
• Upload or transmit malicious software (viruses, trojans).
• Attempt unauthorised access to Findes Group systems, servers or networks.
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, hateful or discriminatory content.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited mail (spam) or unauthorised advertising.
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim association with Findes Group.

When users post content on our platforms (e.g. blog comments, Academy reviews, forum):

• You retain copyright on your content, but grant Findes Group a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, distribute and adapt that content in connection with the operation of services.
• You agree that your content does not infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, privacy).
• Findes Group reserves the right (but not the obligation) to moderate, edit or remove any content without prior notice that violates these Terms.

Findes Group endeavours to maintain high availability of its digital services, but provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation.

We reserve the right to occasional service interruptions for maintenance, upgrades or security patches. We will notify users of planned longer interruptions in advance where possible.

7.1 Financial disclaimer

Content on Findes Group platforms is exclusively informational and educational in nature and does not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Past returns are not a guarantee of future results. See our Investment Disclaimer for details.

7.2 Limitation of damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findes Group, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profit, data or reputation) arising from:

• Your access to or use (or inability to use) of the platforms.
• Any action or content of third parties on the platforms.
• Unauthorised access to your data or transmissions.

Our platforms may contain links to websites or services of third parties that are not owned or controlled by Findes Group. We have no control over them and assume no responsibility for third-party content, policies or practices. Visiting external links is entirely at your own risk.

Findes Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability to you, to suspend or temporarily terminate your access to the platforms and your user account, especially in case of violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law.

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms of Use at any time. In the case of material changes, we will endeavour to provide notice at least 30 days before the new terms take effect (e.g. by email or portal notification). Your continued use of services after changes become effective means your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, unless a specific B2B agreement with Investra International Ltd specifies the law of England and Wales. For resolution of all disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction is the court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
